At Linensia Limited, we strive to provide our clients with a high level of satisfaction through our personal styling and fashion consulting services. This Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted. By using our services, you agree to the terms detailed below.

1. Service-Based Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our styling and consulting services, refunds are generally not available once a service has been completed. However, we do consider refunds or credits in specific circumstances, as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Service Cancellations by Client: If you cancel a scheduled service with sufficient notice (see Section 3 for our cancellation policy), we may offer a partial refund or credit towards future services.
  • Service Cancellations by Linensia: If Linensia must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances and cannot reschedule, you will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid.
  • Dissatisfaction with Service: If you are not satisfied with the service received, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis, and at our discretion, may offer a partial refund, credit, or follow-up consultation to resolve any issues.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Personal Styling Services: We require at least [insert time frame, e.g., 48 hours] notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within this period may be eligible for a partial refund or credit. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee and may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Corporate Styling and Uniform Design Services: Due to the tailored nature and planning involved in corporate services, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. Cancellation policies and fees will be provided in your agreement based on the scope of the project.

4. Non-Refundable Deposits

Some services may require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are generally non-refundable, but may be transferable to another service or rescheduled appointment, depending on the circumstances. This will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact us at [contact@linensia.co.uk] within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution. Please note that any applicable refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds, if granted, will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Refunds may take between 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
